I doubted that even with a few extra days, I would be able to finish my challenge quilt, but lo and behold, I did it! It energized me to see each pieced border completed, and that helped spur me on to the finish line. My finished quilt, based on the Arabella pattern from Blended Wall Quilts (mine's larger than the pattern in the book) finishes at approximately 57" square.
Check in with Nicole, Perry and Cindy to see their finished quilts! Thanks for playing along! Ready for the next challenge, ladies?
This is really pretty. Can't wait to hear what your next challenge will be. You are so productive!

Lisa, you have completely captured the concept of a blended quilt. Those colors are so dreamy, and I would say "painterly". The burgundy floral you chose for the inner border is positively perfect. I LOVE your quilt!

Very good! I love star blocks and you have done a great job with the blended look and still keeping it where you know the quilt has stars.

You did a great job on this blended quilt. I just love both of their books and have made a couple too.
