I am throwing in my guess at $48.00.

I'm guessing $24.15 but I'm sure you'd rather it be $48.

What a fun think to do. I'll say $7.48 *s*

That's a tough question, because you're saying that it's not all pennies! I'll guess $12.73 -- and I'll be looking for loose change on the ground when I visit my brother in Seattle this month!

Hmm - how about $18.78

What a fun little challange...I will say $75.04...I love the pigs:)

You make me laugh - I do the exact same thing! I am going to guess $6.50. Those piggy banks are just the cutest things!

I'll guess 4.28
I need to be doing the same thing.
I just walk by it.

Lynn

I will say 13dollars and 75 cents ?
Hugs Mary.

I'll guess $4.40

Hmmm, 15.76 for grins.

This is a hard one! How about $12.26? I'm curious what coins you found the most of - pennies?

$33.25

We have a tradition in our house of throwing our change in a (large) jar. Not all the change makes it, but when we get close to Christmas, we make an effort to scour the house, car (DH throws his into the pocket in the door of his truck), etc and collect all of it. Then we cash it in, and that's what the kids have to purchase Christmas gifts for family members. They get to decide how to divide it (say they get $40 each, and have to buy for four family members - they get to decide if they want to combine their $10 per person and get someone a single $20 gift). And they're not allowed to spend it on themselves!

Maybe I'll try your experiment this year!

I'll guess $9.23 :)

My husband and I do the same thing...but he tells me it is unlucky to pick up a coin (pennies especially) unless they are face-up! We keep separate coin jars and empty all of our purse/pocket change into them daily - when they fill up I just love rolling up the whole sheebang and carrying my brown paper bag to the bank...and then deciding what fun things we can do with our "stash"! And living in the Seattle area as well - you wouldn't believe how much of that coin is Canadian - I now have a separate jar just for that - works great for tips and whatnot when we travel to B.C! I'll guess that you have $$16.83. Cheers!

I'm going to guess $5.19

You found a pound and a half of change in a year? No way! $22.12?

On second thought, if I win, forget about the batiks, send me the money.

My guess is $14.44. You really find a lot! Love the piggies!

$49.86

I guess $51.56 and love the work you do

$2.46 is the loot!

Hmmmm. I think I am going to guess about $10.94 just because my mother does this too!

$32.71

My guess is 3.17.

I will guess $7.44 Canadian.

I'll guess $7.77 - I always pick up any money I find but never thought to keep it separate - great idea!

I'm guessing $10.11

Oh, how fun (and profitable!). My guess is $11.28 but I hope you actually found more than this!

My guess is $3.47. I really hope it is lots more than that. :-)
